Mablethorpe is a quiet seaside town on the East Coast of Lincolnshire between Cleethorpes and Skegness. It has been around for many years although part of it was lost to the North Sea in the 1540s. Mablethorpe now has a strong sea wall to prevent this happening again and to allow the town to prosper. Mablethorpe has a long sandy beach that often hosts motorcycle racing in the winter months.
